Who I Am

What I Collect

I only collect what you explicitly provide:

• Email address — when you submit a form on this site
• Quiz responses — your dimension scores (Vision, Systems, People, Feedback) and resulting archetype, submitted alongside your email

My form processor (Formspree) also records your IP address, browser type, and submission timestamp as part of standard form handling.

Why I Collect It

• To deliver your quiz results and breakdown
• To follow up about coaching if you express interest
• To send occasional coaching insights (only if you opted in)

How It's Processed

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which stores data on servers in the United States. Formspree uses TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. See Formspree's privacy policy.

No Cookies or Tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts. I don't track your browsing behavior.

Data Retention

I retain your data for up to 24 months from the date of collection. After that, it is deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data — ask me what I have
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your data entirely
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Data portability — receive your data in a standard format

I Don't Sell Your Data

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 16. I do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If I make material changes to this policy, I'll update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
